Craig button is an absolute moron. U got that ranking from his recent list, His rankings mean nothing to me.

Meanwhile rheinhart is not in iss's top ten 10, while murray has always been 3rd to 5th.

First off I do not follow Craigs list I follow what I hear and what I see in print and on the computer. ISS's list from Februaruy has Rhienhart listed as ten. If you followed junior hockey which I would assume you don't because you are just going by what 1 scouting service says. If you listen to Coaches, G.M.'s and scouts they say he is with in the 5-7 range now. but don't worry about it because you say he isn't in the top ten on the ISS ranking which he is clearly is.

I don't even know where to begin with this. You know how many players are not drafted first and end up being better than a lot of players drafted before them? That's like saying Datsyuk isn't worth a first, Myers is a stud and more than worth only a first, if anything a first isn't enough. No one doubts Yakupov's skill...but Edm is not going to get to draft Yakopov. CBJ will, no doubt about it.

I would swap picks, plus the 2nd round pick, plus Peckham AND the right to Barker for Myers. They need more and I am still open for discussion.

You should go over to the Buffalo blog... People on there say they wouldn't trade Myers for Eberle + Yakupov which is bat-sh1t crazy in my opinion.

I'm pretty sure most Oiler fans would take a proven stud D-man (Myers) with our first pick, even if it is first overall. Maybe there is more coming back but I would do it one for one, It fills a greater need on this team.

So do you take that chance on a guy that might be as good as Weber? Not to mention the depth in this upcoming draft. The Oilers could very well get Myers and a flip pick for the 1st overall, that is how touted Yakupov is. Remember the last time a kid was this highly touted it was Crosby! If Edmonton pick 1 or 2 they pick Yakupov and GALCHENYUK followed by more likely than not Forsberg and Gigorenko. If the Oilers can do a flip pick to someone then they will take Murray or Dumba but I don't think they will be taken in the top 3!
