Griffan Rhienhart who was rated mid teens at the begininng of the year now is up to same range as Murray. I would take Rhienhart who is a very mobile 6'4" and patterns his game after two players, His dad,Paul and Shea Weber.

Lol, but seriously Murray, Trouba, and Dumba are probably the top 3 defenseman available.

I'm not sure what game Cloutier was watching, but the Oilers were by far the better team. D for the most part was great. One error from Belanger and the pucks in the net, the other one was a fluke. Dallas knows they are lucky to get that win. I know Renny went off about the whinny, but not one power play? Somethings seems a little off lately, not sure why the Oilers aren't getting the calls, maybe they are whining to much and now refs are tuning a blind eye. I know Cloutier has talked about it as well, anyways Oilers deserved better. Dallas was horrible, got lucky.

Dude. Only one person that i can recall has been pushing rheinhart.
I usually dont put to much stock in his opinions.

Trouba and dumba both intrigue me..
But my reservations are these;
Dumba has that star quality, electric type game.
But hes a little smaller and it might not translate in the show.
Trouba is big, can skate, but while his upside is huge, so is his downside.
Not to mention most of us have way less knowledge on him as hes in the american program.

Murray is a little bit of a safer pick. He has no real weakness.
And hes been dominating since he was a rook.

Ill be happy with any 3 of these guys.
But i think murrays my 1

I agree, there are a few top pairing D-men I would rather trade the pick for than draft a guy who will take 2-4 years to develop into at best a top pairing guy.

As an Oiler fan I don't follow the prospects as closely as I should, but I have not seen anything to suggest Ceci inside the top 10. Picking 2-4 I don't think he is even in the conversation unless the pick is flipped for 2 firsts (Buffalo unless they finish strong) or a player and a pick
