Apparently the habs are trying to sign top college UFA JT Brown, who is said to be able to jump right in the NHL.
That guy is getting comparisons with Pacioretty, but is apparently even more physical. - QuebecPride

We definitely should. I'd even add our first pick next year to the deal if I had to.
Also, I think it's time we get rid of all the dead weight.
Subban? Trade him for a bag of pucks. I always knew that he was a horrible pick. We had the chance to draft Keven Veilleux. The guy is a big center: 6'5, 220. What more do you want? Why do we keep missing out on theses guys? He played for the Oceanic the Rimouski, right in our backyard.
Pacioretty? Maybe we could convince NJ to give us Steve Bernier, a solid, home-grown winger. Or maybe we could add one or two second round picks to the deal and beg Minnesota to trade Latendresse back to us.
Gorges? To be honest I never understood the reason why we traded Craig Rivet, a tough stay at home defenseman (homegrown, also!) for Pacioretty and this Gorges guy.
Why do we keep trading away or drafting non french-canadian people? Trevor Timmins, Bob Gainey, Pierre Gauthier all have one thing in common: they're racist. - Kotu
It's Fefans like this that make me love being a habs fans. 70's are over, and long gone. |
