Much of my assumption is based on him coming back to his old form though, and him having great playoffs.

Your assumption is wrong

You're right man, I confused arbritration rights and offersheets.

Grant McCagg, an ex scout for the habs.

That was three weeks ago. And Timmins was seen a week later at the QC/SJ game where Grigo didn't do much.

McCagg was the same who told me that the habs wouldn't draft McNeill.

- QuebecPride

Did he tell you who they'd draft or only who they wouldn't?

Habs should just make an offer sheet to Chris Stewart who's scoring talent is buried on the 4th line in ST-Louis cuz of the poopty (but effective) Hitchcock system

there's alot more available on the RFA list, i'd say make an offer sheet for Evander Kane but the Jets would never allow this lol...nvm Duchene

I will summarize the blog...

We are (frank)ed....

Doan, Teemu and Saku will sign as UFA's next year.

Plus 35 UFA signings are the best!

Zack Parise will be a Bruin on or before July 1st, 2012. The Bruins will aquire his rights via trade from NJ for Caron and a conditional pick and then sign him to an 7 year/$52.5m contract.

Did you watch a recent Blues game? While damaged players like Oshie, Perron and McDonald are putting up the maximum effort on the ice, Stewart and Berglund are being lazy as (frank). I'm starting to understand why Colorado traded that guy.

Blues are close top the top in the NHL and Stewart has 14 goals.

Yes they do. But considering the feedback I already had and the fact that he didn't do good by any mean during the game that Timmins was there, I don't think he bettered his case.

The Q is full of 4th liners anyways, so it makes sense.

Besides the guy they are high on hasn't even played hockey this year, so there is no point in scouting anyone.

Exactly....sometimes "goal scorers" dont buy into a defensive coaches system because it requires him to become defensively responsible. *cough* Kessel *cough*

Grigo was awesome last Friday! Went to see him in Quebec City and he had a hat trick + an assist + a post. He easily dominated the entire time he was on the ice, could've scored even more if he played with better players!

I wouldn't care if they went for Galchenyuk, as long as they don't do it with the 2nd overall... trade down
- Traceur

Who'd rather see them pick?

I can tell you that if Galchenyuk proves to be back in form, he'll be taken higher than most people think.

Connolly had a year-long injury too and it didn't stop him from getting picked 6th by the Lightning, he doesn't look bad out there either...
