As for the other players Engels commented to in blog, it seems to make sense to me. But I would dare to say that the biggest change they should make is Gauthier himself.

I know he has no direct responsiblity for the teams performance nor the injuries they occured, but trading players half way through games... not telling Spacek nor Gill who they were traded too, along with Cammy for that matter... thats just, well weird to me.

I say its time to cut Gauthier loose.
