I'm not giving a hard time over term idiot. The students have no right to block anything. They wanna female dog and moan over tuition, that's fine. They CANNOT block anybody from going to class or teaching said class. You should shut up anyways, I'm talking to Jugger...you know, the one who doesn't come off as an idiot. - weirdoh
Is it because he's one of the only right-wing 25-and-under kid in here?
And the students have no right to do that, it's true. That's what we call leverage. The associations (for the most part) vote democratically for a strike/boycott. Just go (frank)ing vote.
Not to say I'm all for a strike. I voted against it (even though I'm my association's president). Just take the results diligently, go to the AG and defend your point. |

They are making sure to put the assemblies when I'm in class OR would waste about 5 hours of my time. |

Dude, this may or may not come as a surprise to people like you who don't judge on ethnicity, but I'm not in the frame of mind to play a game. In fact I've looked over this post for what seemed forever to make sure I didn't (frank) up. |

Well, they suck. We're doing it during lunch breaks, and if by 1pm we're not over, we restart the next day, même heure même poste. And I know losing time on Hockeybuzz is far more important than losing time in an AG de grève, where you can cast your vote for or against it and have an influence on the results. |

What's the point of having 2 hours assembly to say yes or no anyway? Not like arguments would really convince the people who go there. |

Last vote was Wednesday 5pm, and my classes ended at 1pm, and I didn't see how 6 hours of boredom would be better for me than going to raise my hand against in what ended up being a 35-2-1 vote because most people had left due to boredom already. |
