What are we debating at this point? I simply refered to Roberto Luongo as being the NHL's equivalent to Peyton Manning. You are stating...? |

So does Peyton Manning, in the post season that is. Likewise for Roberto. Puts up great regular season stats. |

I gotta say i never really liked burkie but what he did this week kinda made me ill.
Not many people can turn ron wilson into a sympathetic figure... |

Loved what Cherry said.
I heard that he got fired mainly because of his issues with the goaltending, and had no problem telling Burke. |

I don't really care about the whole american canadian guys from ontario thing.
I just find it low that he let the guy struggle with poop goaltending all year, did squat at the deadline and fired him 3 days later. |

I think it was inevitable. Every GM would have fired RW. The timing sucked, but after Ron Wilson got booed and people chanted for him to be fired, you knew it was itme. |

Goaltending was fine today. It was fine the first half of the season.
Ron was alternating the goalies every other game lately. You can't manage your goalies like that. |

Yeah but thats kinda silly. Give any team a decent goalie and their chances of a playoffs jumps tremendously.
The goalies were OK too until this 11-game slide. I mean we were in 8th!

That for the 3rd time that Luongo hasnt won a (frank)ing championship and Manning has. Take 3. |

It aint workin here. Halak and Price. When they both were separated both enjoyed more success. Or, when they were both on Montreal, one was the clear starter. |

That's not what you said. You said you can not manage goalies the way Wilson did. Hitch is doing that. |
