So if Burke traded MacArthur, Kulemin and Schenn for 1st round picks as reportedly offered and add in the Leafs 1st round pick that would have been 4 first rounders. I'm not including the Grabo for a 1st because I think we should keep him.
Anyways, with 4 first round picks to play with I would think we could have dealt 3 of them to a team to get a pure #1 goalie or a pure #1 center in return at least.

Even still, would have been great to have all those 1st rounders as this draft is supposed to be very good.
Also, with how close last place is to a playoff spot, who knows where teams will end up finishing. Toronto could make the playoffs or they could be picking 1st overall. A lot of other teams in that situation too.
