He played just about all season with Reasoner and Pandolfo/Wallace, I think once we all realized that he was going to be stuck there nobody really thought that he should be producing.

Why did the Isles not just send Nino back to Portland at yesterday's deadline to get some playing time in if they were just going to scratch him the very next day? I'd have to think playoffs in Portland would be better for his development than the press box here.

the point of my comment, and the other poster who got on you for the same exact reason, is that you cant say a 1st WASNT available, so too you cant say a 2nd WASNT available, and you cant say a 3rd WASNT available; MAYBE there was never even an offer, but to say a 1st was available, well none of us were there.

Congrats to you on your SAT's Still doesn't change the fact that i never said that PAP or Nabby were bringing back 2nds or 3rds, regardless of where you place "maybe".

Despite that we have been told that some of our players would be dealt or being resigned, yet we haven't seen anything happen except for the fact that we traded two old farts for two younger players. I am happy with the deal. I am not too worried about Parentau and Nabby. I know that Nabby would resign here for two years while Parentau would sign here for three years. Parentau would sign for 3 years for 12 million while Nabby would resign for 2 years for 6.5 million. Mark my words! I am glad with the line changes. I don't see a big deal about Nino. He is only 19 and he doesn't make a difference in the lineup as we speak at this moment. I am curious about cizkas and see how nielsen does with different players on his line. Let's go Islanders!
