It's not up to me to tell Laviolette how to do his job (Not that I haven't tried on a nightly basis) but I think we have to stop worrying about the flaws (Faceoffs, PK, Goaltending) and start grooming for the next step. I just finished watching Mike Richards in 36 hours and I really think we need to get both Schenn and Couturier ready for the playoffs. Let's face it, we didn't get the guy we probably should have in Gaustad but since we didn't, it's time to turn the page. Maybe add Schenn to the PK. Get these guys playing as hard as Mike Richards did. Show them all the tricks of the trade when it comes to faceoffs. I think this team could be a lot better in the playoffs then many give this credit for. The rookies are going to have to be a big part of our playoff success, so let's get kids like Schenn and Couturier leading by example out there.
