not directly, but i was a little concerned that tim thomas' name came up after a comment was made about ben scrivens.

it's not about giving up on anybody. i'm being realistic about what we have. i said the same thing preseason about going into the season claiming to be a playoff team with a reimer/gus combo.

don't see rynnas or scrivens impacting the NHL in anyway.. ever. reimer and owuya have the most potential.. but i don't exactly see either of them being a carey price type either.

doesn't matter who's in net. the way wilson structures his system slaughters goalies.

I know who Carter is.....just haven't been impressed with him.
But now that he's a Leaf...I can see him getting pumped like he's some great prospect.

Kipper was in the AHL as late as age 26. Wasn't a full fledged starter in the NHL until age 28.
