the players seemed geuininely happy for him saturday. sure they were glad to win but they really looked psyched for Bryz as a teammate
- Crimsoninja

I'm really hoping that was the proverbial 'switch' game, and everybody got whatever cobwebs were in their heads out. Crunch time.

Everyone will be. Some of the tweets from guys on other teams about now being able to relax? Happening in every room.

If it happens, we can thank your boy Voracek. He took it upon himself to get that first goal, and it snapped the team out of their flatness.

What Howson did was shocking!. He basically sealed his own fate. Last offseason , all those moves, all turned out to be horsepoop. Him and Nash are both gone this offseason.

why wouldn't they? nash's value will be the lowest in the off season and he'll be excited to join a new team

Because he's retardedly over-rated.

Because his cap-hit is ridiculous in term and amount.

Because we dont have any issues scoring goals.

I dont know, little reasons I guess...

I don't agree with Lundqvist erases a lot of mistakes because he doesn't face very many through the course of a game. In fact in the past when he has had to face the amount of mistakes our guys face he's looked more beatable. If the Flyers stop making so many mistakes their goalies will look better. That's why myself and others have been preaching team defense and goaltending is symbiotic. But yea they will be considered the team to beat no matter what at this point. I'm just saying the flyers will look a lot different out there in a month once the new guys are acclimated.
- JoeRussomanno

Do you watch games from around the league? Of course other teams give up chances. And I don't mean to be a downer. In fact, I think Bryz has a bounce back year next year, but come'on. We have some of the worst goal tending in the league this year. The stats don't lie and our team D isn't worse them many other teams. Yes team coverage can get better. Watch games from around the league and tell me if other goalies are just not facing as many hard chances as Bryz. I disagree. He has been bad. Now lets move on. I am 100% behind him because he is going to sink or swim this team.

yup just like how kovalchuk was retardedly overrated? he's doing great last time i checked

his cap hit isn't rediculous esp if the cap goes up

i guess getting shut out 2-0 against edmonton and having to put up 4-5 goals a game to win isn't an issue
