Trading JvR today is a horrible mistake. I can't believe he's even considered to be on the trading block. That's so insane to me.

Yeah. He has broken some trades in all sports. He is hit and miss though. A lot of the stuff he says doesn't happen.

I think everyone who engages in rumors is hit and miss. There's always moving pieces and last minute changes. Guys like McKenzie and Dreger have more cred because they wait to get it right before saying something's a done deal.

Also, I wouldn't be amazed if McKenzie is on the line as trades go down

I have been defending Bryz to the hilt since the start... But after this road trip I am getting a little frustrated myself... I mean.. Your telling me he had a good performance AFTER he let in 2 soft goals.... Has it gotten so bad that you have to say, "well at least he played well after he screwed the pooch... thats something to build on..."? He has let in too many soft goals, in every game... I can handle a soft goal here and there, but at lest 2 in the last 4 games? Just really bad when you have to defend a guy by saying at least he was good after he sucked really bad....

That is true. Most of the credible guys don't engage in speculation, they just break a trade once they know it's pretty much a done deal.
