So basically what I heard is there are multiple offers on the table, Howson can chose one or he can choose not to move Nash. Ours is a good offer, but again, it depends if nash wants to come here and if they want to move him.

I suspect Poile has a back up plan.

What do the Preds always look for? "two-way forward" Mr. Nash is a minus 75 in his career. yes on a bad team but when you get 60-80 points a year that is not enough defense first for the Preds.

If Eklend is on this rumor, it won't happen. Probably more of a smoke screen cause DP is more close to the vest wheeler and dealer.

The Preds are not quite out of this yet. February was a TOUGH schedule for the Predators. It should get easier from here on out. I expect the Preds to have another big run. Win the division? Maybe. I don't think 4th is that unlikely.

The Wings aren't as mighty without Datsyuk. Hopeful Pavel is out longer than 2 weeks but knowing him he will heal faster than normal. Something has to give but the Preds have to continue winning against their Central division foes.

Strong rumor right now is that AK is heading here - we shall see. I just don't see why this team needs another 15 goal a year winger. We have those in spades. Plus he hasn't exactly lit it up this year, not even scoring in his last 9 games.


I would rather see the chemistry on this team stay the same rather than bring this guy in.
