I am a little puzzled. He cost a 2nd round pick, Oilers could have given STL ANA 2nd round pick. He resigned with OTT 650K. I think some teams are scratching their heads, but maybe also seeing he isn't an NHL proven goaltender, considering it's the trade deadline, some teams may want a much more proven goaltender heading into the playoffs. For OTT it makes sense. Auld is not great, Anderson is out, so Bishop/Auld/Lehner just needs to hold on until Anderson gets back.
