nah i looked volchenkov has 1 goal on 50 shots greene has 0 on 31. none are that bad with that many shots. im hopeful he'll turn that around once hes here with more talented players but we'll see i guess

on another note i dont like the line of sykora-elias-clarkson and i think when zajac returns zubrus should be put back on the 2nd line and clarkson on the 3rd again and bernier on the 4th

Either this or re-unite Zubrus with Elias and Sykora. Elias and Sykora are all about quick passes, while Clarkson's game fits the third line better with Poni of just cycling the puck and wearing down the other team.

true, i forgot that option. either way, we have 3 great options.. and all involve Bernier on the 4th line RW.. which is where he should be. Carter-Josefson-Bernier. sweet.

i think they'll get more when they're together for a few games and learn each other better. Carter-Josefson-Bernier SHOULD BE a decent puck possession line with a nice mix of skill and size. I could see them getting 8-9 minutes/game.

He is a solid third line winger, will be a terrific fourth liner.

That he will... when he's not making silly passes to the opposing team in his own zone. And while he has been solid on the PP, ever since his should injury last season, his shot from the point has disappeared.
I think this was a great trade for both teams and I hope Zids can turn things around and help you guys out. Devils have to stay in Jersey.

eh, i think hes an OK 3rd line RW.. he's good with the puck.. but doesn't really do much.. which is essentially what a 4th liner should be. SO, he's a good 4th liner.
