We need a game changer to rally around. A type of guy that that Matt Freakin Ellis's and Paul Gaustad's and hunker down and focus on their job while the superstars do their thing. I just dont think that guy is available at this deadline.

Like I said he's good player, I met him at the frozen fury game at the MGM a couple years ago.

I think thats part of our problem. We have "talent". But its tough to figure out who we are really building around. One legitmate superstar like Malkin for example and all of a sudden you can see your lines start to make sense. Your powerplay lines are more clear. Guys arent bouncing from line to line. The scrubs suddenly can focus on thier roles instead of being asked to do things they cant do.

I know the Kings are local for me and I watch them after the Sabre games are over.

I think the Kings would really like to unload Penner... I would take a combo of Penner and Stoll or Penner and Brown anyday...
