Why would we need a guy that has scored 46 , 33, 36 and 29 goals. Because we have so many guys that can score, like that 30 million dollar wonder Ville Leino, what a gem he is, or that other winner Drew Stafford, wow can't keep up with him anymore. I don't care who's wife he bangs as long as he helps us get a cup I can care less.

This is what was said about Stafford when he was drafted in 04 from the Hockey News.

"Stafford doesn't wow scouts with his offensive skills like other first rounders, but he is a hard working corner man who finishes checks, competes every night and has good puck instincts. An honest performer."

Hockey News ranked him 9th over all, what a bunch of crap this is

I know there's chatter about Brown, but I just can't see why/how he's available. He's their captain, a really solid 2 way player, and has a great cap hit at 3.2. Why would they wanna let this guy go?

I'm told LA only wants forwards, they aren't going to give one of their best ones up.
