I just wanted to point out that it's not "snobby" or whatever anyone wants to call it to choose "mighty" over taco bell or Anderson's over Arby's, or teds over McDonald's, or spot over Starbucks... Etc, etc

It's more about supporting YOUR community versus that of "corporate" America...
And that's why ppl are so passionate about LOCAL place here and "hate on" chains...
Here in Buffalo, we are proud of our community more than anything else
And if trashing Applebee's comes off as snotty, then I guess i am

Had a couple bad instances with food there. if anyone suggests it for lunch i try to offer some where else. but yes . decent food and some good beers on tap too

Grover's is good stuff, but as with wings I can think of about a dozen or so really good burger places

Haven't had a burger from there, but the wings are definitely good. One of the places my friends and I like to get to from time to time. It's just not as convenient as places like Sal's, which is a 2 minute drive from my house.
