Toronto first of all has to muster putting enough talent together to even approach Columbus and not hurt their roster.

Secondly , Toronto can not spend or waste to much talent attaining Carter when their real need is Goaltending.

That division is pitiful. Jets are tied with the Leafs for 8th place but at the same time are only a handful of points behind Florida for the Division lead and 3rd place wish WSH only like 3 points behind.

yeah the top 4 atlantic teams all have more points than florida, its kinda crazy that that could happen, yes the atlantic is strong and the SE is very weak but to have 4 teams better then a division winner seems totally crazy to me

Like carter we can get without hurting our starting roster, though for Bernier, LA is going to want some firepower upfront NHL ready... dont know who would go their way... but here is something to think about... why would LA want GRABO from toronto, if they have TWO top 1st and second line centermans? Does not make sense. Maybe if they are interested in Kulemin or Macarthur with obviously added assets they could probably get bernier.. but i highly doubt it. Maybe something along the lines of Macarthur, Gunner, a goalie, and a 2nd rounder for bernier and penner. Just thinking here i have no clue what bernier would cost.
