I was drinking Keiths dark ale last night which I find tasty...I like Porters etc...and on the case it said to mix 3/4 Keiths white with 1/4 Keiths dark...gave it a try and not bad.

Probably not... but the replacement probably doesn't get "a lot" of it back. The replacement needs to be in the Top 20 in scoring in the league to get "a lot" of it back. IMO

1) The Leafs didn't automatically lose Macdonald's production (he averaged over 40 goals for those 4 complete seasons).

2) You may argue that there were "other" factors involved... but you would just be restating my point!

... you can't just assume when you lose a guy, your team loses all that offense. It just doesn't work that way.

Yup......... I brought it up with my chat with Devellano. I had asked him if Schenn hhad first pairing potential.

His response was, Ian white is a first pairing defensemen and he left it at that.

Basically, a first pairing defensemen is only as good as your partner is.

Toronto has hte highest paid 3rd/4th lines in the NHL.. Connolly, Lombardi, and Armstrong. they account for 11.25M cap hit.

Not to mention paying Komi 4.5M and Schenn 3.6M so early in his career. Lets not forget paying Liles 4.2 this year.
