id rather them just play reimer the remaining games and leave it at that. i predict gustavsson is done as a leaf after this season so why bother...

maybe reims will get his form back playing lots of games.

I'd rather JVR than Nash too. Big kid with a ton of upside and its not going to cost the farm. Not too sure what it would cost the leafs now.. I couldn't see philly going after Schenn after landing Kubina AND Grossman

No GM can actually name a player by name when discussing trades with the media. That is tampering.

On the weekend I called into a radio show, that had Jimmy Devellano on. I asked him to compare Gardiner to Schenn, which one he would prefer.

He declined comment saying that being an executive of the Detroit Red Wings, that would be construed as tampering.

I like the part where he tells us Tim Connolly, with his 9 goals, is a magor part of our offense.

Lombardi and Steckel both have 7, and Joey (frank)ing Crabb has 8, but Connolly's 9, that's offensive foundation right there

i honestly think burke targets a goalie.. i just hope it isnt one from a defense first trap style team.. goalies from teams like that generally have inflated numbers

hey man someone said you don't pay 5+ for a streaky player. Kessel has had a great year, but he has also had at least one bad streak this year. He IS a streaky player, like it or not

a couple..; for the most part people are pretty decent.. prolly because i reply to their complaint about being banned email with:

"i can make the ban longer if you'd like?"

then they generally go away lol

I'd do that, then get a bunch more about abusing the powa and bullying people. I just started to ignore them. Funny thing is that I have a bunch more for bans that you probably did.

He had one streak where he didn't get a point, I think it was 6 games.

Leafman banned someone, and they begged me to undo it. He said something like "the abuse of power is unbelievable. I need you. Stick up for a fellow Leafer. It's what Schenn would do"

Ridiculous.

UFA for UFA...a straight hockey deal...we lose if harding doesn't sign with us though...better to get more for grabbo than an end season stop-gap

I don't think Burke would make that deal without an extension. Harding is young and good and should be a #1 somewhere.
