I'm not overly sensitive or anything like that, but when you drop the N word it needs to stop. Gotta stay within the realm of good taste for what this thread is supposed to be about.

The way I see it is, if you take the meaning away from a "bad" word it losses its punch. I don't respond to racism anymore cause its a dying breed, always used because it's known to draw a reaction (mostly from white ppl). The awww, that's bad comments further fuel it to be used again. The only thing connecting that word to slavery now a days is people constantly reinforcing that's what it means.

Just like the word fa*#ot times are changing, why use a word that was oppressive before we were born. (fag isn't as old, but I see it in the same light) and react like it means the same thing now.

You arent being mean, thats constuctive critisism, though I think you mean style, not grammar. The proplem is with the way the posting is set up. In my original version, there was paragraphs, headers in bold etc. It just did not transfer when I posted. They have a really terrible interface for posting these things. Anyone whose posted one could confirm.

A few guys were.. I've written for sites on the net and a lot of it is about format and layout over content. Could always explore outside of the site for a place that hosts blogging for free if this is something you wanna keep on doing.

Sure, I've been collecting lots of Marchand Punks Crying Sedins gifs just for that very purpose.

I always feel like I'm about to be pulled aside and searched for no reason whenever I hit the boarder, seen some ridiculous cars filled with families being searched off to the side... Maybe they are just pissing off that many ppl. Last hockey camp I was at two guys were detained for parking tickets or something silly like that.

I was just going to see my broker to clear my load was my responce, after a verbal tirade that lasted 10 mins i had him pretty convinced i wasnt Bin laden.But it also was they day i realised there is absolutely no grey area with these guys ,and i had better make sure my crap was together anytime i went near a border

Yep, I don't really support causing fear in people that are entering your country. I understand the reason boarders got locked down in the first place, But it doesn't make the states very welcoming for tourists.

Hey I appreciate the advice. I plan to occaisionally post the odd blog. I think I could work harder at trying to figure out the format. One thing you can say about me: I might be the only Leafs fan/ commentator (and that includes the legitemate ones) who is capable of rational thought. Its really very scary. The big thing today is blaming the goalie coach. Which makes tons of sense, because the Zambonie driver was becoming quite the whipping boy for a while.

Actually I really like this idea. I think we can build him up into super comment status in no time.
