He's a real good young goalie. Say what you will about Minny not being able to draft 1st rounders, they're really good in picking and finding netminders.

If I was gm building a scouting staff, I'd hire the Nashville guys responsible for picking d-men, the Minny guys responsible for picking goalies.....and maybe the St. Louis guys responsible for picking forwards.

I dont want to trade Colbourne though....I want our lineup in two years to look like

Carter would be a better pick up for this team than Nash IMO.

If Howson is only taking youth, high end prospects and picks, then he is going to have a hard time moving Nash. Not a lot of teams just have 7.8 million to take on, most have to give up some kind of salary in return.

Let's be realistic here....to land carter, you'll have to give up one of colborne, kadri, or frattin.

My choice of the 3 would be kadri.

- Walking down the stairs
- Playing with your kid
- Doing chores around the house
- Working out
- Practice
- When you are being delt to the Maple Leafs and dont want the media attention

If I was Kadri I'd be fed up too. I'm not saying he deserves to be in the NHL...but with the way he's been handled by RW and to a lesser degree Burke, I would actually congratulate him if he requested a trade.
