And who is the top 6 line you added? Or is it downie and 2 guys back from injury - abware
Duchene came back for one game and took Jones spot next to Stastny.. Jones boosted his production and that line was not that great with Duchene. Mueller is expected to return and Duchene has only been back for one game. So yes 2 back from injury and Downie..
Speculation is that since Duchene only had one or two games were him and Stastny were effective together. A line of..
Mueller - Duchene - Downie.. will be created. That actually makes our 4th line ??? - McClement - Winnik since Galiardi is still out with injury and Olver had a 2 point night in his first game with O'Reilly/Landy. |

I just checked out Colorado's stats... Landeskog's plus/minus is so much better than everyone elses... You guys got a good player there. |

Yeah he is crazy.. Him and EJ both have picked it up but you would think the second half would be difficult for a rookie. Landy has started scoring even more.. EJ was negative for a long time and is also scoring and playing better D in the second half. Stastny is back to almost a PPG pace since Jan.. Jones has also picked it up a little.
Like I said adding Duchene back at center with Downie and Mueller will add much needed offense for the second half. Especially since Quincey tailed off hard in scoring. He just has not been a difference maker lately. Logging minutes yes.. but that's it. |

The guys had fun taking advantage of your lack of knowledge. You best practice your trolling because you're not very good at it.

You are not married are you? You have been planning to write that blog for months. You can write whatever you like but it does not change the fact the Edmonton has won 2 of the last 19 against the flames. Maybe you should save your opinions for when the "rebuilt" Oilers beat the flames on a regular basis. |

So I was just glancing over team stats...daydreaming how the year could have been *sigh*...when I got to comparing Goals For, Goals Against, PP% and PK%.
The Oil come in as midrange for GF with about 15 teams scoring more, while they are in the bottom third as far as GA goes, with 22 teams giving up less goals.
As far as PP and PK go...they are 4th in PP with 21%, and 13th in PK at 82%.
What notice is that it is not the special teams that is the problem, but 5-on-5.
I think we are closer to getting over the hump than many realize.
Or not, I dunno.... |

The Canucks enjoy choking, diving and biting, not necessarily in that order. |

I wonder if the Sens want a mulligan on the Turris trade.

Isn't that about the time Ottawa started climbing in the standings? His performance aside, it certainly looks like it did something for the team. |

You should look at the stats and games after being traded.
28GP and 15 points. A little better. I haven't watched many sens games but from the highlights it looks like he's getting chances, just a matter of burying them.
Edit: and he's a +9 |

The one that pisses me off is Benoit Pouliout. I can't believe the natural talent he has. |
