Why would teams like Tampa Bay, Anaheim and Carolina stop laughing? They spend nowhere near to what Toronto does and they still manage to ice more competitive teams. Teams that actually win in the modern era. It's sad, really. Leafs fans continuously pour their money into such an awful run franchise and they keep getting the same result. What's the definition of insanity again?
