Forward lines look like they can do some damage but I like the bolded part best. Ready to see it in action

Welp, Voracek just got hurt. He walked off early and slam his stick against the door. Trainer followed.

If it were up to me...

Hartnell-Giroux-Read
Simmonds-Briere-Jagr
JvR-Schenn-Czechie
Talbot-Coots-Rinaldo.

Line one you keep Harts and G together, and add some speed and a smart player in Read.. Read also adds a bit of defensive savvy to that line (god knows they need it). Line two you get a combo in Briere and Jagr who seem like they would be a natural fit. Briere loves working from behind the net, and Jagr loves working the slot and the side boards looking for one timers. Simmonds is a heck of a net presence and knows what to do with rebounds. The third line is a fun line to watch. Schenn plays that physical in your face two way game, Czechie busts his ass and is a crafty winger, and JvR has great hands and can play anywhere.. The 4th line is a very solid checking line.

As for the D:

Kimmo-Coby <3
Carle-Kubina
Meszy-Grossman

Kimmo and Coby when paired together and only together seem to bring out the best of each other.. when they are shifted around and messed with it can get sloppy, but they compliment each other pretty well. Carle and Kubina could also do the same. Carle can typically handle the speed guys well and will spoon feed passes to Kubina for that righty shot we have needed so desperately. Carle lacks size, and Kubina more than makes up for that. Meszy and Grossman also seem to really compliment each other. Meszy can now roam a bit more knowing that Grossman is a heck of a defensive d-man. He may lack hands, but he blocks shots and can lay the body pretty effectively.

I wonder what the power play units will look like, as far as d-men on the points?

Pair Timmonen and Kubina on one and Carle and Mezzy on the other?

Ahhh. I forgot about the Plant song. Pretty sure Marc D and I have had one or two Grateful Dead convos on here so I figured he was referencing this:

got home late last night read yesterdays comments was alittle shocked to see a TON of people questioning the coaching and if theres time for a change?? 6-9 rookies playing for 3months, not sure peoples logic.. i really dont understand it to be honest... we always go to the coach to this town just like the goalie as soon as something hits the fan.. fire the coach and get a new goalie.. surprising to me, .. Hartnell said it best yesterday its all on us now

my kids listen to a lot of the old school stuff, they love Zepplin, Pink Floyd, etc.

took them to see the Allman brothers, (current version with Warren Haynes and Derek Trucks) they loved that too.
