I actually like it for marketing/branding. And some people use it in useful ways. For example, when Stewart Cink was looking for decent pizza in a particular neighborhood of NYC. Or when Lance Armstrong does a tweet ride (puts out a tweet saying "Meet up at Picadilly Circus at 4 pm tomorrow" and hundreds of cyclists come out and go for a ride with him.
But just like Facebook, or hockeybuzz, there are quite a few people who seem drunk when they post. |
