Actually from an outside perspective your D is not terrible just way overpaid almost to a man. Just imagine if Phaenuf and komi were making what theyre worth, say 3 and 1 mil respectively. You guys should realistically have one or two more major forwards helping this D out by possessing the puck more ect. bottom line as long as you have those two contracts the team is handcuffed and dead set on 9th as per usual.
