Watching the Kings/Flames game, I remember the European games and the Sabres beating the Kings, puts it all in perspective now, the don't suck quite as much as the Sabres.

Part of the problem is that Toronto and Washington keep losing. If one of them would have gotten the deficit to 12-14 points I think that sell mode would have been triggered even for rose-colored goggle wearers like Darcy.

You are right about Darcy. He'll make some fringe trades for prospects or 3rd or 4th line talent. It's going to take the new GM to blow up le'core.
