Like somebody said earlier. Other than somebody currently in the AHL, is there a goalie that would want to step into this mess? Whoever it is would need to have balls of steel and the mental toughness to match.
- rockychocbill

Probably why Nabakov didn't want anything to do with Philly...

Or he got more money from Russia

I'm all for Bryzgalov in the dunk tank, only if it's full of a school of piranha.

No more russians please.

It's a conspiracy. They're still made at the flyers for beating them all those years ago.

So from what it sounds like is that Columbus is trying to get Schenn and Couturier for Nash? (according to Tim P)

NO. THANK. YOU.

- Flyers2821

Would they take Bryz? Tim P. is russian mafia right? He could probably get brys to waive the NMC with an offer he can't refuse.

if some one finds the flyers offence let me no it never came out of the locker room in the 3rd
- flyer186

Once they fall behind and the other team tightens up a bit their lack of a consistent forecheck comes into play.

Get over it.

Hockey isn't baseball.

The Goalie tends to be an important position.

- wolfhounds

Who needs to get over it? I'm trying to blame the entire team for a poor performance, whereas people are trying to only blame the goalie.

Look no further than the score. Bryz gives up 3 soft goals. He gets pulled. Welwood scores the equalizer and the team goes into the locker-room without Bryz in a tied game and the momentum.

How do they respond? They give up 3 un-answered, soft goals. Even though the evidence could NOT be more clear that the team did not come to play a full 60-minute game, people still wanna cry about Bryz as he sits on the bench. If you can't see the hilarity in this situation, then you are choosing not to see it.

Guess your not a fan. Only problem is both goalies are not playing well right now. The defense is usually the excuse but the goals today need to be stopped by the goaltenders.

Bias.

Yes I am biased against a guy who lets his team down more than any other player.

Or maybe I just hate his looks? What kind of bias could I have?

- flyer_nutter

you're obviously missed against skittles. Sometimes the problem is the obvious one. I cannot believe it's still the goaltender.
