No question. At times the goaltenders have been hung out to dry, but for the most part it's been brutal for the better part of the season.

You can count on a few fingers the amount of points the Flyers goaltenders have stolen this year.

Yesterday I read Bill's column about respecting the Flyers "win now" mentality. Ok, thats a flattering way to look at it, but another version of that is that they like to gamble. In this particular case, I really cannot blame them. Bryz is a vet goalie who has stellar career %, including in playoffs overall. This was difficult to predict, but gamblers often lose. And if that is the institutional philosophy, we just have to live with it.

Neither goalie on the roster is good enough, period. It sucks, but that is Flyers hockey, it has been for over 20 years now, it just isn't going to change this year.

Another very weak goal ... so bad.... goalies are really letting this team down today. Defense has been bad as well. They have given up it looks like.

so maybe it's not the fact that our goalies suck, have no confidence and have no rebound control. Perhaps we should look for a new goalie coach...not like Reese was a superstar himself.

Lots of brain dead flyers today but how can the goalies be this bad???

Next week I am at the Philly/WPG game, the Pilly/Edmonton game and then the Philly/Calgary game...damn I hope the flyers can get their crap together for my tour.

It has to be the colors that turn goaltenders into mush for the Flyers. Look at Joey McDonald in Detroit, career journeymen, puts on the Wings colors and wham becomes an above average goalie. The Flyers' colors has the opposite effect.
