Ask St. Loius how many cups they won in the 9 years waiting for him to grow into his own body.

You know who is the most disappointing guy on the team to me? Brad Boyes. Here's a guy who has scored 40+ goals in the league and 30+ another season, and he has 3 goals. He is in front of the net all the time. He gets great scoring chances. The guy cannot seem to get a puck past anyone. Cody McCormick is the only forward on the team with a worse shooting percentage.

If that ever happenes it won't happen here. Chara was traded too. We are lucky enough to have a piece that can reap more benefits by trading him than by keeping him.

Myers has been worse in the last two seasons than he was his rookie season. He looks pretty good for stretches of games and then he looks like he learned how to play hockey yesterday in other stretches.

Myers isn't getting worse. He's actually gotten better as the season went on.

Del Zotto isn't facing the teams top line night after night either. Karlsson is having a good year offensively, but his defensive game could still use a little help. He's not terrible, but he does make more mistakes in his own zone than Ottawa would like at times. He has 53 pts and is only a +10. That tells me his game could still use some work.

See I don't agree there, because Boyes actually goes in the crease and gets dirty. He just cannot bury his chances. Stafford is a totally soft edge player. The only times Stafford has had any success were the rare games he put his head down and went to the net.

Come on. The guy is getting worse. He's even a - player now. His production is trending down. His defensive skills are trending down.
