Well since the Pens can't beat the Flyers in their new barn, coupled with Philly's home struggles you guys have a punchers chance tomorrow.
- PLindbergh31

Isn't that the truth. I just hope that trend of the home team losing continues for the next two games between the two teams!

Richards should have stored it in his memory bank for later in the game, or season. Doing what he did while your team is on the PP is selfish imo.

He's leading by example Joe. 1 goal in his last 24 games is something for Kings enforcer Kevin Westgarth to shoot for.

He got 5 mins for fighting Hanzal. He didn't get an instigator, which he could have.

Flyers will probably have a skeleton crew tomorrow. No Briere, or JVR, and possibly no Meszaros or Jagr as well.

Yes, but we get testy around game time. Luckily for you, I'll be at the game watching G pump up the volume on his Hart and Art Ross campaigns.

according to NHL.com and Yahoo.com he has collected 0 penalty minutes against Phx...

EDIT: I jsut saw that it happened this week.. I thought this happened earlier in the season when he got concussed. I remember him taking a penalty then as well..

And the Kings stayed on the PP, but he took himself off the ice.

Since they thought Jags MIGHT be able to go yesterday, I'm hoping he'll be feeling better enough tomorrow to give 'er a go. I miss the big lug.

Well that is the understatement of the year.

Yeah, I am smart enough not to come around these parts during game play. Especially when yinz are los. . . . I mean the weather is nice today! haha

Baicker just reported he is at practice. Even if he plays there will have to be another Phantoms call up. Sestito, and Briere certainly won't be able to play tomorrow, and Rinaldo still has one game to serve

Here's my thing with Mike Richards. I liked him but saw a streak in him which is very prevalent today- he is in his own world. I tried to like him I even went out and got a Richards jersey. But in the end I think he showed us what he is. A nice player that can pitch in as a secondary guy. He's not going to carry a team and will once in a while have a great play like he did in the Montreal series. Otherwise I really think he lacks desire and motivation. His attitude really sucks at times and the Flyers more than obviously made the right move parting ways.

I find it funny he gets into a fight like that after his remarks on Matt Carle getting sucker punched. Something about I don't like fighting and Matt did the right thing taking a punch for the team to win. He's full of crap and only worried about himself. He should fit in nicely in LA.

The Kings have zero offense. They are painfully boring to watch.

How come its a rule that whenever we play an Eastern team on a Saturday its got to be a 1 PM game? Carolina plays the Fishsticks at 7. Thats two EST teams. Why never us? Or am I imagining things?

So you aren't really a Richards fan eh?

I liked the guy, but I thought he was somewhat immature the way he handled himself.

We have had a ton of afternoon games also. I despise them! No idea the NHL's thinking behind who gets the afternoon games and how many each team plays.

I'm sick of these saturday afternoon games, too. Not just because it seems like a cursed start time for this team, but because I work until about 6PM on saturdays. Throw me a damn bone, scheduler, I'd like to watch a game once in a while!
