I was trying to think of a real life equivilant to saying 'first' on the internet. I couldnt. Its literally the most losery, dud-like thing you could do. I think doing it ruins any other opinion you could have on any subject. Oh, maybe its the internet equivilant of watching entertainment tonight.

Not true. San Bernardino County is a poophole, Fresno, Bakersfield, Redding, Sacramento, anywhere in the desert such as Victorville or Mojave, and a couple other places I'm sure I'm missing. But I get your point.

That said, star athletes don't live in LA. They live on the beach which is an awesome community.

I concur. This would give us enough cap space as well. Schneider = 900k, Ballard = 4.2 mill, and Raymond = 2.25... add it up and you get just over 7 mill. Nash would fill Raymonds hole in the forward ranks, and Ballard doesn't play anyways... so really it would be Raymond for Nash, and I would do that any day. Losing Schneider would suck, but for the amount he is really going to play..... make it so.

Considering Steve Mason was once a goalie who was more highy touted than Schnieder, and considering what being on a last place team usually does to a goalies confidence, I think Columbus could get a better packagage from Toronto.

and that is why kovy chose nj over kings? when was the last time a major player signed in la?

poophole, last time i checked LA was one of the most polluted and dirty areas in america

and there are some very very nice places in NJ such as hoboken, west orange, parks, and its a 15min train ride to NYC

Really? Do you think CBJs want extra parts from a team playing for first over all or spare parts from a team struggling to make the playoffs?

If the Canucks are gonna trade for Nash I think it'd have to be a 3 way deal with him heading somewhere else and a defenceman coming back to Vancouver (Weber)

The Leafs have a way better package. I can guarentee you right now that Vancouver does not get Nash. I would bet ANYTHING.
