Do you really think overpaying your goalie is worth it?

11 of the 18 goalies make under 4. I think paying a goalie 5 is kind of pushing it. There are only 4 of these goalies making over 5 and are any of them even worth it?

Maybe Lundqvist but, I wouldn't pay a goalie almost 7

Backstrom, Miller and Ward all make over 6. I'm sure all 3 of those teams could find better uses for that money

Quick and Howard are due big raises, Rinne already got his. Sharks, Blues and hawks are the teams with goalies under 5mil that could make a run and Crawford is not the answer for that team.

The Sabres are interested in Rick Nash. Is he willing to waive his NTC to go there. The Kings can do this deal as well. #SNTrade

This helps to validate Homer's assertion that the Sabres are talking with Columbus about Nash, not that we had any doubt

I just have no idea if he'd want to come to Buffalo. I hope he would if it doesn't cost an arm, leg and another elongated part of the male body.
