how can isles mgt not watch rolston like we do every thing night say "wow this guy is horrible". I mean bailey served up a great opportunity for goal and he did nothing with it. Then he turned over puck several times. Do they seriously not see it.
Reasoner is a waste as well. - Spartiarti
I get the Rolston hate but does every point you make have to include how wonderful Bailey is? Oh wait, it's Valentine's Day, I get it! |

That last penalty and the missed call were junk. You got the short end twice in 4 minutes. |

No! They didn't really say that. Just my interpretation of how it comes across when it's thrown up on the TV every commercial break. - UIF
I have to say I'm surprised there even is an Islander commercial. |

Does it count as offsides if Thorburn's beak crosses the blueline before the puck? |

Stuart sends Nielsen into the net on what should have clearly been an obstruction call and we get 2 penalties back to back... I call bullpoop! |

Are the Isles really only 6 point out? I think Nabby needs to be in on some MVP votes. |

Not saying the Islanders are a playoff team, but this is a game they would've lost last year and the year before. Nabby is the clear catalyst for it. |

Took 'em a little while to wake up, but they got better throughout the game. |

Without Nabby no way this team is 6 back. Playoffs will still be tough. I'd really like to see Snow and Wang step up and get this team some help. Again not expecting Nash but a solid dman or two and a solid forward would be great. Not sure how Nabby's trade value cannot be high. Playing like this with a lousy defense. Isles will need to keep both Nabby and PA and look to add to the team at this rate. |

The fact they have fought their way back in the race is an accomplishment in itself. Team has made a stride, and agree nabby is biggest reason why with Tavares being the 1a. Reason |

yeah they need to start their games/periods better. As soon as the puck is dropped theyre under siege, can't have it. 9 times this year the opposition has scored on their first shot, we've lost 6 of those games. Setting the tone and getting to an early start is so essential to winning games. Lapses like this is a direct result of bad coaching. Cap is not the man for the job, he's a tool.
On a side note, what's the status of Double Penetration? |

So what's the feeling in here these days? Trade Nabokov so you can get something for him or keep him and try and make the playoffs?
I understand the desire for playoffs after this long but I think you could get something substantial for him the way he's playing right now. Chicago could use him in the worst way right now.
I'm assuming he wouldn't resign, if he does nevermind... |
