Yes he has, I saw the interview. It was a few months before he signed the big deal in Columbus.

He said it would be a dream come true to play with the Leafs. He also said later after signing with Columbus how a lot of his friends back in Toronto were giving him the gears (jokingly).

Really? You don't think that he understands hockey or how trades work? By stating that, you are more or less stating that he has never once broke a trade or spoken to a league source. Let's call it like it is. He reports rumors that MOSTLY turn out to be false. However, even if the rumor is false, it almost always offers insight into what the market is for a player, who is on the trade block, and what teams are buying/shopping.

Even if this trade doesn't break, there's a good chance that Nash is traded. Even if this trade doesn't break, there's a good chance that LA makes a trade to bring in some offense. Again, if you can't learn to take this page with a grain of salt, you are simply too young to comprehend its' purpose.....

He actually picked up on an RDS story that was widely reported across the hockey blogosphere. So don't give him credit Nash talk heating up.

He then reported Nash for two crap forwards who are UFAs at the end of the year and an unproven goalie.

I really dont understand ANY of this. Nash is CBJ hockey. He is what puts the 16k fans in the seats while the team is in LAST PLACE! If they trade him, what do they have left? I understand blowing it up... but you cant build without a foundation.
