“I can’t breath normally,” he said. “I have a sore throat. Headaches.”

There does appear to be a light and the end of the tunnel, however. Bryzgalov has started reacting positively to antibiotics and with the Flyers in the midst of a four-day break, there’s a good chance he’ll recover in time to face the Sabres on Thursday.

Young adult fiction. But it's set in a dystopian country and it's very dark and brutal. Not unusual actually for YA.

One of the best books I've read in the past few years was a YA novel written from the perspective of Death (as a main character) set in WWII Germany. The Book Thief. I don't know how a teen would handle it, but it was an amazing book both in content and in execution.

Amazon recommended it to me. Looked interesting, but thought it was just a kids book. I did get cought up in the Harry Potter books when my kids were little. I am looking for something to read.

Poor bubby. He was throwing up Thursday. Sounds like actual flu, as opposed to flu-like symptoms. Maybe antibiotics for accompanying sinus issues. Who knows? Their docs are my docs, and I don't get antibiotics for viral things. Or, you know, the "reporters" here have been known to get a fact wrong here and there.

Well written YA is fine for adults. Usually a quicker read, because the vocabulary is less challenging (ideally), but I've enjoyed a number of YA titles over the years, including the Harry Potter, which I just seemed to inhale it went so quickly.

Bryz seems pretty baffled by it, too. The combination of symptoms does seem to say flu, though-and it's the right kind of conditions for it.

There was a book published in Japan about 13 years ago called, "Battle Royale" - almost identical to the Hunger Games. After reading Battle Royale, the HG didn't seem NEARLY as depressing. And as you said, it's YA, so it is easily inhaled.

And now he's back on top of the League again like it's the mid 80's. Who knew his douchebaggery during the WC press conference was a harbinger of things to come.
