All I will say is this...Bobrovsky got lit up playing against two top teams in the league and his defense had alot to do with it. He is no better than Bryzgalov in net when the defense doesnt do their job. So I think its time we cut alittle slack on the goalies bc the defensive zone coverage is horrible. You cant make saves when your constantly leaving guys open in scoring areas. Crazy.

Pahlsson doesn't really fit the 4th line here, IMO. Lavy likes guys that can skate and forecheck. Pahlsson skates like he's playing on sand instead of ice.

They deserve it but when push comes to shove and we get into the playoffs then it becomes time to put your best soldiers on the battlefield. If we have Gaustad (god I hope, that would be so freaging awesome) then you have to go by who is more valuable. that's just sports in general not just hockey- look at that guy the Patriots cut the day before the superbowl. But he probably wasn't down with letting the giants score the last td so...

yeah trading with columbus is pointless. Nash is nasty but too costly for a team that has cap issues to begin with. some veteran grit for the PK would help but idk ( i personally like gaustad and if Buff is willing to unload a 3rd round pick and a roster player for him would be a steal
