The Avs are 11 points up on Edm with 2 games more played...so potentially they could be only 7 points up...no much of a spread for such a power house team like the Avs, over the small and weak oil....

Just saying none of your big 3 are over 200 lbs or like 6'2 and they go up against the shut down guys of the other team each night so they are getting hit with a guy 20-30 lbs bigger. Why do you think they have gotten injured so much.

Also why dont you look it up, EDM has 1035 hits ranking them 26th in the lead while the avs currently have 1308 ranking them 11th in the league. Maybe you should do some research before you start pulling numbers out of your ass, idiot.

Their 2-4-1 in February. Still 4th in the conference. Haven't had our best dman all season, and still without JVR. Just lost Voracek.

At one point we were missing Briere and JVR for 3 or 4 games. We've been playing 6+ rookies a game almost all season.

Us being on the losing end of the busiest and arguably roughest part of our schedule means nothing.

Ya the injuries suck but I don't think a couple of 220# guys would make a difference on the injury front. Size hasn't been the cause of injuries,but yes I agree the team needs to address size up front.

Yes, it wont stop people from getting hurt, but it will open up the plays more, for the skilled guys, and create chaos in front of the net.

Winnipeg would never go for a Gagne for Bogosian deal due to the fact that Bogosian has been the best defensman on the Jets roster. I don't know who is saying that Bogosian has had another bad year, but they are wrong. He has actually been one of the few bright spots in that line up.

I actually like this post. I can't wait for Gabe to grow into form, but our line up isn't the biggest. I also wonder which players are outliers ect. Also wonder what the league average is. Both teams are pretty young though so I can see it.
