I'm level 20! Killed a dragon today

I also did some long ass quest that netted me a Sanguine Rose... some staff that summons some fighter dude who seems pretty nasty Got my smithing up to 82 so far... gonna make some dragon stuff when I can.

I haven't spent any perk points yet. I want to be able to decide later once I have played a bit more.

Also, I find that using 1H I always take hella damage and cant find more healing potions on vendors... I don't have the ingredients to make more ( How do I max 1H and still stay alive most of the time.
