What's your thoughts on Diamond Dave back with VH? - Tee-Dot
Never the biggest VH fan, I think I got that from my dad but I heard a couple of samples of the new stuff and some is good, others not so much. The only VH song I like that comes to mind is Hot for Teacher.
Although they should bring Michael Anthony back. |

Wont happen. Eddy's son Wolfgang played bass for them on thier last tour, apparently he is a beast. I entertained the thought of seeing them live til i saw the price of just seeing them alone and no opening band, ive paid less to see festival shows honestly, and was like (frank) that poop, definately not worth it. |

I am IF they can do it well, and do it live. Otherwise dont bother. - shinebox
I'm a sucker for creative guitar playing, when I see two guitarists and they're both thumping (frank)ing downtuned chords with no melody I lose interest. Megadeth is a (frank)ing mainstay in my music collection, I swear all their stuff is good, even the commercial power ballad record for crying out loud. They can do no wrong in my books.
Another band that I really enjoy is Protest the Hero, they ooze talent and are tighter than Fat Albert in spandex. Great Canadian band keeping the metal alive in my mind. |

I want to see Black Sabbath, I really hope Bill Ward is a part of it or it'll seem like a hollow reunion... |

I crossed Motorhead off my list after seeing them last weekend, they were awesome. Now I want to see Sabbath, I'm poop outta luck for Priest but I did at least see Halford. |

Saw Priest, Motorhead twice, the last time was last summer. Sabbath would be pretty much be it for me in the metal genre i believe. |

I haven't seen Metllica, but (frank) that, I'm okay with owning their first 4 albums. I'd like to see Anthrax and give Testament another go. Haven't see Protest the Hero, Children of Bodom or Opeth. (frank), Dream Theater either...

And as good as the records are, a live heavy metal show has an energy to it that can make one man run through a brick wall and take no damage. |
