For me, it would seem there are two choices:

You either slide Leino into the "center" position with Vanek and Pommer

or

You try Vanek out with Gerbe and Ennis

Kind of like, kind of hate both options really.

no vanek and pommer need to be together. leino will move to the 2nd line and gerbe will be moved back with kaleta and goose.

Milbury was just a complete tool last night. Could he have been any more obvious that he hates the Sabres? What a disgrace. McGuire wasn't much better.
Shouldn't Molestbury be doing something other than poorly commenting on a game?

Couldn't hurt. Crazier things have worked out. Who would have ever thought Ennis would be doing pretty well as a center.
Ennis has more skill overall & is a better playmaker than Roy. I think that would really benefit Vanek.


Or I could be totally wrong & it would be a disaster. We shall see.

If I were playing in an NHL game (okay, that's a stretch) and Pierre McGuire was between the benches, unprotected, my errant passing skills would come in quite handy. I would not be able to resist.

It's true. Darcy went hungry cuz Lindy set them up in a 1-3-1 trap after the 1st goal and the hotdog guy couldn't get through.
