to me, its almost as if some would prefer it. they'd rather woe-is-me or b1tch about the team
- Crimsoninja

I can't go that far. Spending hard earned money on tickets and prefer your team lose? I can't fathom that.

I'm surprised anyone can hear you cheering or whistling over the obnoxious music that gives me a migraine every time I go to a game.

Holy smokes. Has anyone seen the video from Denver, where a rescued mastiff/pitbull mix was rescued from an icy river? It was then taken to a newsroom where it bit the face of a news anchor live on air. WOW..

Yeah, you have to work toward that. Dog has to trust you.

Absolutely. I was worried the dog was going to be euthanized, in researching the story luckily that isn't the case. What that woman was thinking, or in this case not thinking is beyond me.

Very odd. I don't think this is a great team, but the way they compete on the road means they should be much, much better at home. There is no juice in the building anymore at all. All artificial noise, and very little fan support.
- PLindbergh31

when the team shows up there's plenty of support and juice. They have to feed each other. the fans aren't going to go crazy when the team on the ice is just going through the motions.

Thats our luck. The first time we finish that bad in years and we lose the ping pong ball (with the best chance to win).

Patrick Kane has a Stanley Cup.

It doesn't explain the road record.

I think playing on the road the team stays in a hotel, doesn't have the distractions they do at their own homes.

Also they have a little less pressure playing on the road.
They might try to get "fancy" at home home rather then make the easy simple play.

- Marc D

I have NEVER gotten that logic. The home fans want to see you SCORE, HIT, WIN, they don't really care how you do it.

That's an excellent point. You are right. There has to be something to cheer about, often times there isn't.

The making fancy plays part?
That doesn't make much sense, I agree.

But the players do put more pressure on themselves at home, I think that is true.
