Prepare to lose it. - Lahey
AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH
I just don't understand why he is getting time over Sutton, who has been an excellent 3rd pairing D this year. Barker is playing at an AHL level. I'd much rather have Peckham, Plante, or Teubert in the lineup. |

If Cam Barker doesn't get waived by the deadline, barring anybody actually willing to give something up for him, I'm going to lose it - dallas717
Barker isnt going anywhere. Hes gonna get resigned in the offseason as well |

If you honestly believe that, you're stupid. And if that by chance did happen, Tambellini should not have a job. |

You're just as stupid to think we are going to waive the guy. He just came back from injury and the plan from day 1 was to give the kid a shot. If he doesn't show any signs that he can be an everyday d-man then we will cut him loose at season end. |

He wasn't that bad before his injury it took him a while to get going, but he sure is BRUTAL right now!! |

Am i the only one that wouldnt mind getting pancakes back? We need some size and LA just wants to rid themselves of him. Im thinking Hemsky for Penner and a 1st with a conditional 3rd if he resigns there. Tambo has raped Lombardi before |

I'd take pancakes back at 2mil and if between him, Smyth and PRV one is willing and able to play the right side. So far PRV really is the only one that has played that side and I'm not sure if that is a long-term solution. |

I was thinking 2-2.5 on a one year deal. If he can return to form great. If not we bury him in the minors. Low risk high reward. |

Only thing I'd question is the whole burying in the minors as I can see something changing in the new CBA with that.
With that being said 2 isn't hard to absorb. |

I think there is a way we can help each other out here... Bernier, Hickey & Stoll for Eberle and Danis. An NHL ready #1 Goalie, our #1 D Prospect and a prooven NHL Vet... Gotta Give to get..... Any takers? |

(frank) that Eberle is our best player and is an allstar second year into his career... you will be giving us a (frank) of alot more than a reclaimation project in hickey... best be prepared to part with johnson... |

Bernier may have #1 Goalie potential but hasn't shown it yet
Hickey - your #1 D prospect, doubt he'd be #1 on the Oilers list
Stoll - Proven vet who would be a 3rd liner on the Oilers
for
Eberle - 21 year old point per game player while only playing 16 mins a night
Danis - doesn't help or hurt the Oilers to be apart of this deal
Yup that definitely helps the Oilers right away |

If Tambo traded Eberle at this point, it would be his career suicide. |

Stoll: Face off winner with no offense....wait...we already have Belanger.
Hickey: #1 D prospect? Ouch sorry about your luck. (Insert Voynov or Johnson)
Bernier: NHL ready #1 goalie? Well if thats the case, we will take Quick, seeing as you have 2 #1 goalies..."Gotta Give to get"..... |
|
|
|
How about Voynov for PRV? |
