Whoever suggested the Martin, BJ and TK for Stalberg and Saad deal, I would do it in a second. You get a good forward prospect and a quality young-ish (26) winger that can put the puck in the net at the expense of a good third liner a backup goalie and an overpaid D-man. You can always trade for a veteran D-man at the deadline and now you have the money you need to easily keep Neal

One more thing on Stalberg, he is only getting 13:37 TOI and all of his 31 points are at even strength with only 19s of PP TOI/game. If you ask me, there is room to grow there, unlike TK who is getting over 90s of PP time a game and has just 3 assists on it.

That being said, I don't see Chicago doing this.

also who ever said why trade martin bc he isnt doing good, please see gogo as an example

I don't know. Sid had more points last January 1 than the leading scorer has 2/8 this season. With duper on the wing.

A semi-physical defenseman who can fill a 5-6 hole for least physical power forward in league history. I've read enough of Hawks fan opinions about Bickell to know that not one Hawks fan would cry about it. Especially if it meant that Scott didn't have to play anymore.

His ELC is up ths year so we'll how begotiations go as far as one or two way deal. Hard to see him accepting a two way deal

To bad he doesn't score any in the nhl. I don't think many teams are going to line up and give him a 1 way deal. He hasn't done anything to deserve it.
