Why would the Wings want a backup that's more expensive than their starter for next season? Holland would be stupid to trade for both those guys let alone give up anything on top of it.

its playoff time. colarado gave us gilbert for salo as a backup one season so i can see khabby going to back up another team and hemsky to detroit has been around for a while.

but again like i said, not based in reality and i really like abdelkader alot as a third liner

Wings won't want to spend that much on a backup for next season. If Bullin was a UFA this summer maybe they would look at him but his contract makes it so that no way in hell would Holland spend more money on a backup than what he's spending on his starter. Nabokov and Roloson are much better options as they are UFAs this summer.

Wings also don't need Hemsky...they need a sniper or power forward on forward if anything and Hemsky is neither. They have enough guys that like to pass the puck around.
