i think the biggest difference with grabo has been his kids. made him settle down and really look at what he wanted to do with his life. two summers ago he actually trained with datsyuk and you could see him become more of a threat when he started to take hockey more seriously. i dont know what he did this summer but maybe waiting for the birth of his 2nd child had him focused on other things over hockey, but since his kid was born, he's def played a lot better hockey

Myers > Schenn... and they are the same age and Myers has almost 100 NHL games less experience than Schenn and even has better stats in every category.

40 more points in almost 100 less games.. and Myers is +4 all-time vs Schenn at -7 so don't give me Schenn does do offense he has other intangibles

i'd say its close between the 2, closer then some fans may like to admit. Kadri could become an 80pt guy in the right environment but right now he isnt been giving the chance since our top 2 lines are too strong. I'd say Adam would be mid 60 pt player. I was expecting adam to reach 40 pts if he stayed playing the way he did at the beginning of the season. unfortunate that ruff put him in the dog house

Myers is an offensive D-man. Schenn is a shut down D-man with a level of intensity and toughness that myers will never have... two different D-types your comparing.

you can't compare the 2 especially in stats. schenn is purely defensive and myers is offensive

I was just commenting about the Dark Horse thing... Dark Horse refers to someone unexpected to succeed, diamond in the rough. Somewhat applies to Adam being a mid 2nd rounder, but Kadri was 7th overall. He's expected to be a top 6 player and if he isn't he'll be declared a bust. Nothing Dark Horse about him.
