Take JVR out of the equation, would you trade our 1st and maybe 4th for Schenn. From Toronto's perspective, I dont think they would. They want an impact roster player not draft picks and Schenn is one of their best chips to do so. But thats what I'd be willing to give up for Schenn. JVR for Schenn + doesnt do it for me. Not a big Kadri fan and I doubt that + would be Gardnier(SP)

If I'm Brian Burke, I'm not moving Luke Schenn unless I'm getting an impact roster player as you've stated. They don't need Schenn as much as they did when Burke first took on the job. Jake Gardnier, Cody Franson and Carl Gunnarsson make Schenn expendable at anytime but this isn't to say they can't use Schenn. In my opinion if Schenn were to get moved, it should be exactly what they're looking for now. A forward of some sort.

Did you watch him in the playoffs last year? He has been injured virutally the whole season so far. He hasn't been himself. Once he's healthy, I bet you will see what he can really do.
